The Nexus deck contains ten cards: one each numbered 1 through 7, plus three blanks.
After Storm, reveal the top card. A number lower than the current turn number causes a Nexus. An equal or higher number, or a blank, does nothing. Return the card and reshuffle after every draw, whether or not a Nexus occurs.
